Starting a project full of energy, and losing the thread an hour later. Knowing you're capable, and still ending most days feeling like you're behind.
Hi, I'm Clive, an ADHD coach based in Bristol. I spent years working alongside people going through complex life changes, before training as a coach myself. These days I help ADHD adults turn all that overwhelm into steady, workable action.
About
Before coaching, I spent over a decade in social care and community work in Bristol, supporting adults and young people through trauma, isolation, and the kind of systemic barriers that make everyday life harder than it should be. I've sat with people at some of their hardest moments, and I've learned that real change rarely comes from being told what to do. It comes from being properly understood, and then having someone in your corner while you work it out.
I also have ADHD myself, so this isn't just something I studied. I know what it's like to live with this brain day to day, and that's part of what shapes how I coach.
Coaching
I work with ADHD adults who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life and want a different way forward. Not another system you'll abandon in three weeks, but a clearer understanding of how your brain actually works, and practical support putting that to use.
Sessions are 1:1, collaborative, and judgement-free. We might work on task initiation, emotional regulation, big transitions, or just untangling what's actually going on before we decide what to do about it.
Background
Before training as a coach, I worked as a mentor and social prescriber across Bristol, supporting adults and young people navigating neurodivergence, executive dysfunction, and major life transitions, using a strengths-based, active-listening approach.
